In Matthew 17:21, Jesus said that a certain evil spirit does not go out of a person except by prayer and fasting. The principle is found throughout Scripture: Fasting applies pressure to the spiritual realm.

In 55 years the death rate for 100,000 people has only improved by 5%.
Begin with poor food and lifestyle choices. Then add RNA and DNA mutation occur from radiation from CAT scans. Then add a hindered immune system, followed by Chemo [Mustard gas derivatives]. This leads to a depleted immune system – so low that one has to stay in the hospital. Then add more treatments, followed by dead food choices, and mental anguish.
Shrinkage doesn’t always mean cured – the stem cell is often still there.

HOW TO GET STARTED
Change is expensive – stop purchasing junk.
Win the mental battle – it’s a lifestyle, not a quick fix.
Knock out the heavyweights early in the fight. One change at a time for some.
Less is more. The less we eat, the better. Aim for 6 teaspoons, or 24 grams.
Move more—a lot more. When possible, center activities around activity rather than food.

Consider intermittent fasting to begin.
